Comic Book Workshops & Trainings
Eben created a single serve workshop to teach the basics of writing a comic book and demystify the process and work that goes into their creation. After that, they work together and collaborate in groups or individually to create the basic framework for their own comic book ideas!
Students leave with a foundation of knowledge and the confidence their words and ideas matter.
I have tailored several workshops to help writers of any age explore the medium of comic books and visual storytelling. I’m fortunate to have conducted hundreds of workshops at elementary schools, high schools, state universities, libraries, comic book conventions, scouting troops, book festivals, nonprofits, and comic shops. I have a full compliment of single serve workshops that can easily be paired together as building blocks and impart a deep appreciation and understanding for making you own comic books and graphic novels.
For more information about bringing my creative writing and visual storytelling workshops to you, contact me using the inquiry form below. Additionally, I do welcome 1:1 mentoring on occasion.
